Using Huddster

Terms of use

These terms set out the responsibilities that help coaches, clubs, and families use Huddster safely.

Last updated: 4 October 2026.

Accounts and access

Keep your sign-in details secure and use the role assigned to you. Coaches and organisations are responsible for inviting the right people, keeping team access current, and removing access when someone leaves. Parents may view only teams to which they have been linked. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

Player information

Add only information needed to run the team. Coaches and organisations must have permission and an appropriate legal basis to add player details, particularly children’s photos or other personal information. Keep records accurate, respect family privacy, and do not share screenshots or exports more widely than necessary. Our privacy policy explains how the service handles this information.

Content and AI drafts

You are responsible for the material you upload or enter and for having the rights to use it. AI training plans and match reports are drafts for a coach to check. Review them for accuracy, suitability, and safety before relying on or sharing them. Do not use Huddster to upload unlawful, abusive, or unnecessary sensitive material.

Service operation

We work to keep Huddster available and secure, but online services can be interrupted. Match scores, alerts, and AI drafts may be delayed or inaccurate, so they should not be your only record or means of urgent communication. We may restrict access when needed to protect users, data, or the service.

Questions and changes

Contact support@huddster.com about these terms. We will update the date on this page when they change and provide additional notice for material changes where appropriate.
